The objectives of “Unite for Change” are to empower youth workers by creating opportunities for collaboration, creativity, and inspiration. Participants will have the chance to exchange good practices, sharing their unique experiences to inspire and learn from each other. The training also focuses on encouraging innovation by providing a space to plan new projects and international activities, helping participants build networks and explore new opportunities for cooperation. Additionally, the event aims to revitalise motivation and passion for youth projects, enabling participants to return to their organisations with renewed energy and purpose.

Who should participate?

We are looking for youth workers who are:

  • Actively involved in organising international projects within a youth organisation.
  • Eager to participate actively in the training course, share their good practices, and collaborate on planning new projects with others.
  • Fluent in English, ensuring effective communication and teamwork throughout the event.

The training takes places in beautiful Tábor in the south of Czech Republic, a town with rich history and picturesque views. Participants will stay at Hotel Palcát, centrally located and close to a nearby lake. During your stay, you will be provided with 3 meals a day + 2 coffee breaks and your travel and accommodation will be covered. You have an opportunity to extend your stay in Czech Republic for up to 2 days extra with travel expenses covered!

Travel arrangements

Based on the Erasmus+ guidelines, participants coming from Austria are supported with the following travel budget:

  • 285 € in case of green travel (no flights)
  • 211 € in case of plane or car travel

Travel expenses will be reimburse after the training is finished and all travel documents are handed to the hosting organisation. You can read more about the reimbursement process here.

Important note: Insurance is not covered by the travel budget and is the responsibility of each participant.
