Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication with Partners: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with both international and local partners. You’ll help coordinate project activities, communicate updates, and ensure smooth collaboration among all stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support the engagement of key stakeholders, including local organizations, participants, and volunteers. You’ll work to ensure that everyone involved is informed, motivated, and involved in project activities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Help with various administrative duties such as organizing documents, preparing reports, managing project timelines, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Attend Project Meetings: Take part in project meetings—both online and in-person abroad—where you’ll be involved in brainstorming, planning, and reviewing project progress with partners and team members.
