Join Our 3-Day National Training in Vienna and learn how to develop your own project!
Are you passionate about protecting the planet and driving sustainable change? Do you have innovative ideas that could make a real difference in your community or globally? Then this training is for YOU!

We are pleased to invite you to attend a 3-day training joined by 12 young people from across Austria who have previously joined the project by participating in transnational exchanges on the following topics:
- Reuse, Reduce, Recycle
- Sustainable Development
- Audio-video Production
- Digital Marketing
The training aims to empower young people with project management and design skills, enabling them to apply their knowledge gained from transnational exchanges and turn their ideas into small-scale projects, supported by a modest budget. The agenda is following:
FRIDAY
- Arrival and welcome dinner
- Getting to know each other
- Bowling in the city
SATURDAY
- Idea development and brainstorming
- Presentation of project designs and fine-tuning with support of ACTIVE project coordinators
SUNDAY
- Project budgeting
- Evaluation
- Departure after lunch
What can you learn?
- Master project design: Learn how to create projects that promote sustainability and environmental responsibility including project writing and coordination.
- Real-world impact: Work on practical solutions for today’s most pressing environmental challenges.
- Collaborate and innovate: Connect with other young changemakers passionate about sustainability. Exchange good practices and knowledge on eco-friendly approached, marketing and vide production.
- Green your career: Gain valuable skills that are increasingly in demand in the green economy and increase your competence in the job market.
Participation is FREE of charge. Accommodation and meals are provided starting from dinner on Friday and ending with lunch on Sunday. Participants travelling to Vienna will stay in Vienna Brigittenau Youth Palace where all the workshops will take place.
Travelling to Vienna
Participants coming from outside of Vienna will have their travel expenses covered up to 100 €. Participants are required to purchase their tickets in advance and they are reimbursed after the training. More info here about reimbursement here.
